Tour Overview

Anzac Day in Gallipoli is a poignant commemoration held annually on April 25th to honor the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who fought at Gallipoli during World War I. The dawn service at Gallipoli begins early, marking the exact time ANZAC forces landed on the peninsula. This solemn event includes a minute of silence, wreath-laying ceremonies, and readings of letters and diaries of the soldiers who served, reflecting on the bravery and sacrifices of those involved in the campaign. This ceremony is a key moment of national remembrance for both countries.
