Your Itinerary
Welcome to Istanbul! Our team will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to your hotel.
We visit the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome of Constantinople, the Aya Sophia museum, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Overnight stay in Istanbul.
We visit the Egyptian (Spice) Bazaar, take a private ferry ride on the Bosphorus, and tour Dolmabahce Palace followed by a trip to Camlica Hill on the Asian Side. Overnight stay in Istanbul.
We transfer to Istanbul Airport for an early morning flight to Kayseri, then transfer to Cappadocia for a tour including the Red Valley, Pasabagi area, Goreme Open Air Museum, and Uchisar. Overnight stay in Cappadocia.
An optional hot air balloon tour is available. We explore Kaymakli underground city and the Ihlara Valley, with lunch in Belisirma village and a stop in Selime. We then transfer to Kayseri for an evening flight to Izmir, continuing to Kusadasi for an overnight stay.
We visit Ephesus, including the Agora, Odeon, Roman Baths, and Grand Theatre, followed by the House of Virgin Mary and the Artemis Temple site, and the village of Sirince if time allows. Overnight stay in Kusadasi.
We visit Pamukkale's limestone travertine terraces and the ancient city of Hierapolis, then transfer to Denizli Çardak Airport for an evening flight to Istanbul. Overnight stay in Istanbul.
We transfer to Istanbul airport for a flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you'll be guided through customs and transferred to your hotel.
We tour the Great Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and the necropolis of Sakkara with an Egyptologist guide, including a visit to the Papyrus Institute.
We start at the Egyptian Museum, home to the treasures of Tutankhamun, then explore Islamic Cairo at the Citadel of Saladin, the Mosque-Madrassa of Sultan Hassan, and the Khan El Khalili Bazaar, with dinner at Naguib Mahfouz's restaurant.
We visit the Aswan High Dam, then board our luxury Nile Cruise for the next three nights, visiting Philae Temple and the Botanical Garden on Kitchener's Island.
We take a domestic flight to Abu Simbel to explore the relocated temples, then return to re-board the cruise and visit the Temple of Kom Ombo before sailing toward Edfu.
We take a horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, then continue to Luxor to visit the Luxor Temple complex and Karnak Temple, with a celebratory final dinner on board.
After disembarkation, we explore the Valley of the Kings, including the Tomb of Tutankhamun and the Temple of Der el Bahari, then fly to Cairo for an overnight stay.
After checking out, we are transferred to Cairo's airport for a departure flight.
