We do not collect sensitive information such as passport details, payment details on the website, precise location data, or biometric data.

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To respond to your trip inquiries (typically within 48 hours) and design custom travel proposals.
• To send our newsletter, provided you have opted in via double confirmation.
• To protect our website and services from spam and abuse via Cloudflare Turnstile.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Cloudflare: For hosting infrastructure and bot protection (EU/US regions).
• AWS SES: For email delivery (US region only).
• Local Partners: Hotels, guides, and transfer operators only when confirming a booking, with your explicit consent.

6. Data Storage & Security

We employ robust measures to protect your data:

• Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database located in the EU region.
• Emails are delivered securely via AWS SES.
• Data is encrypted both in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
• Trip inquiry records are kept for 3 years for follow-up and legal purposes.
• Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Cookies

We only use essential cookies: Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on forms), a theme preference flag (tg-theme), a form draft store (tourgood.planMyTrip.draft), and a consent record (tg-cookie-consent).
